Bifolding Door Systems
The folding door system with thermal break allows you to create large passages. The system is built up using a frame in which moveable parts or elements are placed in such a way that it is possible to fold the elements to the left or right.

Configuration
System Details
The elements or sashes are supported and hinged to a mullion. At the bottom of the mullion is supported by a roller mechanism that slides along with the sill profile while at the top, the mullion is guided by another roller mechanism. There are several possible combinations of elements and opening sashes.

Multipoint locking systems provide an added layer of security to your front and back doors. Multipoint locks extend most, if not, the full height of the door and have multiple locking points along the edge of the door.
What is a multipoint locking system
The extra locking points strengthen your home's security by providing a tighter seal along the length of the door, top-to-bottom. This compression also makes the door more weathertight than a standard door, which makes it more energy efficient.
With a standard locking system, your primary lock is in the center, usually a single deadbolt. In that case, the top and bottom of the door don't have integrated locks which leaves the door more vulnerable to a break-in.

A: The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide:

Q: What is the standard size and delivery time of your windows and doors?
A: All products are custom-made according to the buyer's dimensions. Delivery time is normally 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation.
Q: What are your payment terms and frame colors?
A: Payment terms: 40% deposit via T/T, balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Frame colors: Standard powder coating in Frost Black, Silver Grey, or Standard White.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided for non-fading and non-peeling frames, plus 10 years warranty for German hardware. Immediate delivery of replacements is provided via international courier if in stock (or 10-15 days for ordering).

A: Yes, our products meet Australia, Canada, and American Florida building standards. We provide engineering and supervising services to guide the installation of windows and doors.
