A: We mainly manufacture aluminum alloy, aluminum-clad wood, and solid wood windows and doors. Our best-selling products include aluminum-clad wood sliding doors and tilt-and-turn windows.
Q3: How can I get an accurate quotation?
A: The price depends on your specific project requirements. To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide the following information:
- Shop drawings or a window and door schedule showing dimensions, quantities, and opening types (e.g., casement, sliding, tilt-and-turn, or curtain wall systems).
- Frame color, glass type, and glass thickness (e.g., single glazing, insulating glass, or laminated glass).
- Frame material (e.g., aluminum alloy or aluminum-clad wood).
- Required thermal insulation performance (target U-value or K-value).
Q4: What is your delivery time and payment terms?
A: The standard production lead time is approximately 25–35 days after receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the final drawings. Our standard payment terms are a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% balance before shipment, though specific terms may be discussed according to the project.
Q5: What is your warranty, and how do you handle product issues?
A: We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering the frame surface finish, hardware, and accessories under correct installation, operation, and maintenance. If any problem occurs, our team will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate technical support or solution.
Q6: Are your products certified, and what support do you provide?
A: Yes. Our products have been tested or certified by recognized organizations, including PFB, PHI, NFRC, ENERGY STAR Canada, and Intertek. Additional testing and certification can also be arranged according to specific market needs. Furthermore, we provide engineering support, technical consultation, and installation guidance (with on-site supervision available upon request).
